Good news for Freeview TV owners as a surprise change is set to happen tomorrow, September 4. The festival channel GREAT! Christmas is making a return, offering a lineup of festive-themed movies and shows to kickstart the winter season.
In addition to airing on Freeview, the channel will also be available on Sky and Virgin Media. The channel numbers are as follows: Freeview – channel 52, Sky – channel 319, Virgin Media – channel 424.
The upcoming listings for GREAT! Christmas include a variety of festive treats such as “Road to Christmas,” “Love You Like Christmas,” and “Deck the Heart,” as reviewed by Mirror Online.
Steve Hornsey, Vice President of Movies and Entertainment at Narrative Entertainment, expressed excitement about the early start of the festive season, stating that GREAT! Christmas offers a warm and feel-good escape into Christmas romance and family joy.
Viewers may need to retune their Freeview TVs once the channel launches, but it is expected that GREAT! Christmas will automatically appear on the planner. The channel is set to go live this Thursday, September 4.
