The Toronto Raptors are set to kick off the upcoming NBA season at home, marking the 14th occasion in the last 15 years. The NBA unveiled the complete schedule for the 2026-27 season, with the Raptors scheduled to start their campaign on October 21 against the Chicago team at Scotiabank Arena. Following this, the Raptors will hit the road for their first away game against Washington just two days later.
Among the notable matchups at home, the Raptors will face the reigning champions, the New York Knicks, in back-to-back games on November 15 and 17. Additionally, fans can anticipate a showdown with Victor Wembanyama’s San Antonio Spurs on December 10 and a clash against Canadian sensation Shai Gilgeous-Alexander and the Oklahoma City Thunder on March 10.
January will be the busiest month for the Raptors, with a total of 17 games scheduled, including a six-game home stretch. The team is set to play 15 back-to-back games throughout the season, with seven of them requiring no travel. The NBA has released details for 80 of Toronto’s 82 games, with the remaining two to be arranged after the conclusion of group play in the in-season NBA Cup tournament.
Despite the exciting lineup, the Raptors will not feature in the high-profile Christmas Day games this year. The team last played on December 25 in 2019 following their NBA championship victory.
