“Infant Hospitalized in Critical Condition; Two Arrested”

A male infant is currently hospitalized in critical condition following his discovery in a precarious state, leading to the arrest of a 25-year-old woman and a 22-year-old man by the police.

Emergency services responded to the incident in Cambridgeshire on Saturday, where the baby was found in a life-threatening situation and promptly transported to the hospital for urgent medical attention.

Medical personnel provided immediate care at the location before transferring the infant to the hospital. The alarm was raised by ambulance services at 11 am on January 3, prompting law enforcement to swiftly arrive at St John’s Chase in March.

The authorities detained the man and woman on suspicions of causing grievous bodily harm (GBH) and possessing Class B/C drugs.

According to a statement from Cambridgeshire Police, they received a call from the ambulance service regarding a serious, life-threatening condition of a baby boy at St John’s Chase, March, on Saturday, January 3.

The spokesperson mentioned, “The baby was taken to the hospital where he remains in critical condition. A 25-year-old woman and a 22-year-old man, both residents of March, have been apprehended on suspicion of grievous bodily harm (GBH) and possession of Class B/C drugs.”
